When you purchase a PurseN product, you are making an investment. We are committed to satisfying our customers and guarantee against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If you believe there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, we suggest returning the item to the place of purchase for fastest resolution.
PurseN products are protected from the original date of purchase by a 30-day limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the PurseN product proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective PurseN products will not be returned to customer. The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than PurseN.
